    Easy to install, perfectly replaced the old w/broken rheostat nib

    Took 10 minutes to replace old, broken board. Product cautions, <e.g. handling & install notes> easy to follow, and understand.

    You sure YOU can't use the old one, just needs a rheostat replaced
    where the old one knob was knocked off by accident.
