John has over 30 years of experience in industrial and manufacturing businesses. John is the leader of the American Innovative Manufacturing team. Having experience in engineering design, business development and acquisition. John has managed business units from start up to multimillion dollar operations. “Our goal is to develop AIM into the source for quality American made equipment for the auto body industry. Now with the HPM 300 Pulse MIG welder we will have a product that will meet market demand for a battery powerd solution in many industries."
Michael McKinney, JD; Owner
Michael has over 25 years of professional experience in business management, business development and business law. Michael has work experience with the development and building of successful businesses and products to market. Michael also was a succssful amature race car driver and now is a classic and vintage race car enthusiast, having restored and exhibited several internationally significant Indycars.
Sam Palmer, General Manager/Production
Sam has a background in manufacturing and lean business practices. Sam is a graduate of the Manufacturing Technology School at Eastern Washington University. Sam is also responsible for customer service and trouble shooting. Sam works with our North American dealer network with onsite sales and service training. Sam is directly involved with all aspects of our products; from product development and testing to Dealer sales and service training.
